Photographs should
be as clear and as close up as possible (for detailed headshot).

Please take
all photographs of the subject at EYE LEVEL this avoids distortion.
v
Number
photographs in order of preference and write any helpful comments.
v
Indicate best
pose, best colour, etc. on the back of each photograph.
v
Digital
photography must be reproduced on photographic paper and done
professionally.
v
Do not send
photos via the email most often details are not very clear.
v
Your
photographs will be returned with your portrait.

orders must
be accompanied with a $50.00 deposit, non-refundable

All orders
must be paid in full before delivery

Shipping
costs are not included and are the responsibility of the client

We will
accept VISA, cash, cheque (with credit card number on reverse) and money
order.

A $35.00
charge will be applied to all NSF cheques.
